Spey Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Brume Doree brut Pair with fragrant red meatSingle malt underwent a 120 hour fermentation and slow distillation, before being matured for 12 years and finished in bespoke 400 litre French virgin oak casks from Tonnellerie Quintessence. These casks use a mist toasting technique designed to gently open the wood and dial up complexity without overdoing it. Spey Brume Dore was bottled at a cask strength of 57. 6% ABV. Notes of Vanilla, toffee, demerara sugar, cardamom, gingerbread, cranberry jam.
