Orsumella Chianti Classico wc21 Try with steak or smokyTenuta Orsumella produce this rich Chianti Classico using hand picked Sangiovese grapes from their Tuscany vineyards. A 20 day fermentation and further malolactic fermentation is followed by ageing for 10 months in French oak barrels. The result is the finest rich and full style of Chianti expected from the Chianti Classico area. Good fruit intensity with lots of dark cherry and ripe redcurrant, elegant tannins and hints of spice on the long finish.
