G d’Estournel 2016 (750ml) wrapped up with graphite andBlackberry and plum dominate the palate, supported by notes of cassis, spice, and tobacco. With soft tannins and a supple texture, the 2016 shows warmth and generosity from the vintage. A Bordeaux blend that is drinking beautifully now but still carries potential for further ageing.
