Flavors of lime and lots of dry minerality and salinity on the nose, in keeping with the house style. But the unusual palate is tropical, rich, and viscous, with citrus notes and generous spice. The finish is long, smooth, and chocolaty, offering more citrus. Overall, this one presents a well integrated array of flavors and excellent balance.
