E.C. Powell 9' 3/2 Bamboo Rod 9' mild patina on the corkFor sale here is a 9' 3 2 E. C. Powell bamboo rod made circa 1939. A or B taper rod. It's referred to by E. C. Powell as an excellent dry fly rod. The action of the rod is medium fast and it throws a six weight line best. One tip is one inch shorter than the other sections. The full length tip could be a Powell or Maslan replacement since a) the cane is a bit lighter in color, b) the wraps are of a slightly different brown, and c) the ferrule isn't
