Wonderful c. 1840 Watercolor of Three Fabulous Wood Ducks antique carved horse and wire egg baskets filledI found this wonderful water color inside of the old tramp frame I just listed, with a backing page behind it dating it to 1840. I might guess the album, or notebook, it came from featured other watercolors of, and notes about, various species of wild life, as here the wood ducks are numbered 1, 2 and 3 at far right.
