At first the style of the horse made me think It might be Italian, but Ive since found that it bears a strong resemblance to ancient Chinese archers and warriors on horses, and the figures costume particularly seems to suggest Chinese. At some point it must have been glued to a base or part of some larger scenario, as there are a few bits of paper stuck
