Carefully matured in their own casks with spirit entrusted to them from this popular Orcadian distillery. Distilled in 2007 then matured for 17 years in a single first fill sherry butt, cask #5358. Bottling was on the 3rd of June 2025 at a cask strength of 59. 9% abv. Fragrant raisin aromas complement peanuts and tangerine peel. Apple and raspberry are followed by fudge and a hint of coffee bean.
