A beautifully structured wine both rich and balanced with lively acidity. This is a classic Cte de Bar bubbly, with lots of limestone derived personality and plenty of lime zest citrus fruit on both the nose and palate. Like many Grower Champagnes, this is still quite young and zippy and will relax a bit
