The palate is ripe, smooth and opulent with layers of pure blackcurrant, juicy blackberry, lush spicy plum and cherry fruit, minerality and complex, fine tannins on the finish. For those of you who remember we used to stock Juan Gil a few years ago, the winery has definitely moved towards a fresher style, but this is still very much an unapologetic
