San Pietro Pinot Grigio 2023 750ml New Initially reservedThe wine is made from a number of small vineyards (a total of 17 hectares) in the Bassa Atesina area of the northern most region in Italy by the Austrian border, Trentino Alto Adige, which provides the perfect climate and geography for growing the Pinot Grigio varietal. Matured in steel vats for 7 months after fermentation. There is a layered honey aspect with herbs to the usual pear apple taste and a full, long finish.
