It can of course be mixed with the lighter malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own secret recipe and has a delicate smooth corn flavour. Flaked Maize should be used sparingly (no more than 10% of total malt content of your brew) . This grain is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 2. 5 and 3. 5 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 100gm, 500gm,1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg
