I'd guess these date to the 1940s or so but have not found any others like them

Part of one of his feet has chipped off

calling to mind peacocks and plums

which terminates in a baby blue ball

This one, with what looks to me a pirate of sorts at right, I might guess takes inspiration from one of the two Barbary Wars, fought with Tripoli
