We are excited to be able to share this with you, as it is hard to come by. Because of this, we are only able to offer it several times a year depending upon shipping and in country harvests. The cacao used to make this chocolate is directly traded from Cacao Fiji through our partners at Meridian Cacao and grown from Forastero, Amelonado strain
