Antonelli Montefalco Rosso 2022 Appellation - Lambrusco dell'Emilia An absolutely delightful unpeated IslayThis traditional red wine is made from a blend of 70% Sangiovese, 15% typical Montefalco grapes, and 15% other red grape varieties from central Italy. The grapes are hand harvested, with Sangiovese picked in late September and the Montefalco varieties following in October. Each variety is vinified separately, undergoing fermentation on the skins with 23 weeks of maceration before blending. The wine is then aged for at least 9 months in large oak
