Joy, anger, grief, compassion, love; the finest emotions reside within these hulking masses. It has been recorded that elephants are one of the world's most empathetic animals. Empathy means that one can sense others' emotions and understand what they are feeling. The light shining through caught my intention. I really love this close up.
