The reel is left hand retrieve and in near mint condition, with only a few extremely minor marks to the rims as shown in the very clear and thorough photos attached here. These model 400s are extremely hard to find and especially in this condition. The reel has the initials "R. L. T." inscribed into the handle side of the reel.
