This spicy and sweet whisky has great character. Expect fresh notes of sour candy, highland toffee, ginger crystals, candied oranges and a long, sweet maltiness in the finish. After a little water a whole basket of various bread notes come to the fore. Theres sourdough, pumpernickel, multigrain and ciabatta with herb butter to enjoy! Distilled on the 25th of April 2011
