The bodice is fitted with diagonal darts, with a sailor inspired collar that folds over at the back of the neck and ties softly at the base of the vee neckline. The elbow length sleeves have their own self fabric tie accents. The skirt is accordion pleated given the type of fabric, it is a subtle but lovely effect.
