Bottled in September 2025 at 52. 1%, yielding 180 bottles. Presented without colouring or chill filtration. The nose opens with coastal salinity and light peat smoke, balanced by sweet raisin and gentle spice. The palate delivers rich dark fruit layered with soft saline peat. The finish is long, with lingering
