She is the daughter of Damacia Cordero, also widely known for figurative pottery, as are her sisters Josephine Arquero and Maria Laweka. I love traditional Cochiti pottery for its bold black against cream painted patterns, which this little frog, and the fly on its tongue, incorporates in a contemporary and I think very charming way. 2" t
