This Savour The Sweetness release was distilled on the 18th of February 2010. The liquid was initially filled into an ex bourbon hogshead with a final maturation in 1st fill ex bourbon barrel before bottling at a robust 62. 2% abv. Heather, lavender, melon and buttery oatcakes lead to elderflower, orange, papaya and soft smoke with a hint of champagne.' One
