c. 1857 Ink and Watercolor Hand-drawn Schoolwork Map of Eastern Hemisphere on Laid asian bowls though it easily set straightOne more this week by a young William Donaldson, c. 1857 his name and the date I know from a few others found along with this one, including two state maps listed last week. Ink and watercolor, quite beautifully done, the mass of an undivided Asia making Europe look tiny. 7" x 5 1 4" Center fold crease as evident. Very good condition, ink clear and color very strong.
