Valle de Oron Ribera del Duero Producer_New Hall Vineyards Try serving on its ownValle de Oron is a sumptuous Ribera del Duero wine from Bodegas Familia Chavarri, who harvest Tempranillo grapes from their vineyards in La Cueva de Roa. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28C, maceration for 15 days and continuous pump overs for good colour extraction. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the rest in bottle before release. Deep cherry red with a garnet rim, the wine shows strong
