the book documents mid-century modern homes built by 30+ working architects

are slip trailed arching white lines in slight relief

Just a charming little vintage trinket box made of paper mache in the shape of a turtle and lacquered in gold and black

then opened his own studio in 1976 in Santa Cruz--created several different series of "dancing" coffee pots

Royal Copenhagen Hand-painted Grethe Helland Hansen Porcelain Bell lidded wooden box a pottery founded shortly afterThis pretty hand painted porcelain Royal Copenhagen bell was designed by Grethe Helland Hansen in the 1960s. It features a terrific irridescent blue glaze with purple and black accents, used to render an alternating design of two different flowers, one with petals open toward us, the other with the flower and stamen pointing downward. Really lovely, with a nice little ding! 3" tall x 3" diameter and in excellent condition.
