and jet black hair still

clean and well stuffed

and some light scratching to the exterior mostly around the bottom

Hopi "Koroctu" Katchina Drawing, 1903 Bureau of American Ethnology Bookplate 1962 Irregular edgesThis bookplate came from the 1903 Bureau of American Ethnology at the Smithsonian Institution Annual Report (published in book format) featuring original drawings of Hopi Kachina drawn by native artists. These were primarily done by a 30 year old Hopi man named Kutcahanauu, or White Bear, who was hired by American anthropologist Jesse Walker Fewkles to visually record the hundreds of different kachinas revered by the tribe. I wish I had every plate in
