80s 90s Purple Peplum Vintage Dress 20s Middy Sailor Inspired Medium Sabino VFG Atomic with tiny embedded rhinestonesI believe this dress is 80s, and it is such an interesting blend of inspirations, from 1920s sailor inspired middy to 1940s strong shoulder day dress. The bodice is styled with wide rounded neckline and oversized bermuda collar, set off by two rows of thin black braid. The collar center is accented by a faux black tie. Shoulders are padded and three quarter length sleeves are puffed at the top. Most of the set in waist is elasticized for custom fit.
