Matured in a first fill ex bourbon barrel and bottled at a powerful 63. 3% abv, it delivers intensity with balance and finesse. Expect aromas orchard fruit with richly malty and cereal tones underneath. The palate is also rich and oily, revealing honeyed malt, sweet cereals, buttered oatcakes, muddled green herbs, sandalwood, hessian and olive oil.
